Going Deeper into Yoga

Designed for continuing students, this class offers the opportunity to deepen one’s knowledge and practice of Yoga. Postures and breathing practices will be explained and taught in more detail, and meditation time will be added at the end of class. Simple Vedic chants from nature will be occasionally introduced, taught in the original Sanskrit language and explained in English, in order to connect participants directly to the ancient texts and wisdom that form the very foundation of Yoga.

Moving Forward in Yoga

This Yoga class is for all individuals wanting to explore the knowledge and practices of Yoga. Suitable for beginners and continuing students, this class will teach and refine basic Yoga postures, synchronize movements with the breath, and present general breathing practices for overall wellbeing.

Yoga Sūtra-s of Patañjali

The meaning and practical application of Yoga philosophy as compiled in the original text of Patañjali will be taught and chanted in the original Sanskrit language and explained in English. This class is for anyone with a serious interest in learning about the true breadth and depth of Yoga teachings.
